The Ibex is a type of goat that is wild. They are mainly found in European mountains and the Middle East. They are able to climb in very unsteady regions including those with rocks and other debris. They typically stay along the snow line for migration.
The Ibex can be about 4 ½ feet tall with the males being larger than the females. The males weigh about 200 pounds and the females around 150. Males are easy to distinguish as they have a long beard. The Ibex features very long horns that curve backwards and can be up to 27 inches in length. They consume grass, leaves, and twigs.
